FAQ
Using the technique we call “Finding The Perfect Fit” we suggest experimenting with the following adjustments:
- Tightness/looseness of the velcro attachment
- Positioning of the strap on the back of the head
- Placement of the nose bridge wire, either slightly above or below the nose bone
Once you have found "The Perfect Fit" you can leave the velcro attached so it’s ready to wear each time.
Are there multiple sizes available?
Currently, The Wrap Mask is available in one size, but we can offer some customizations. To inquire about options and rate, please contact sales@matthewleewilliams.com
Is the WRAP MASK washable?
While the materials used to construct the mask are in fact machine washable, we suggest gently hand-washing with detergent and hang drying immediately to preserve integrity of the product. Masks can be machine washed on delicate setting and tumble dried on low heat, if necessary. As always, keep the straps attached when not in use to prevent snagging.
What are the shipping rates for online orders?
For shipping within the contiguous USA, rates are as follows:
- Orders of 1-2 masks — $5 flat rate
- Orders of 3+ masks — free shipping
For international shipping and to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, rates will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
For Manhattan (NYC) residents, we offer complimentary Pickup/Delivery as a convenience for shopping locally. This option will automatically become available at checkout for Manhattan zip codes only. If you live in another borough and would like to pick up in Manhattan, please email contact@matthewleewilliams.com to coordinate once your order is placed. Any shipping paid will then be reimbursed.
Can mask orders be returned?
Due to the intimate nature of the product in relation to COVID-19, returns cannot be accepted at this time. For product quality issues, please contact contact@matthewleewilliams.com
While The Wrap Mask does confidently offer a certain degree of protection and security, it is not intended for medical purposes, nor does it make claim to protect in all circumstances. For added protection, the mask is designed with a discreet pocket opening under the chin for an optional filter to be inserted. The Wrap Mask and the affiliated brand/designer hold no liability in the potential exposure to COVID-19. As always, please abide by your local government guidelines and social distancing procedures.
In regards to the optional filter, where can I buy them?
At the moment, we don’t offer filters for sale, but there are many third-party retailers who sell filters separately.
