About The Designer
.
A Southern California native, Matthew started his professional career as a dancer. Over the course of ten years, he lived and worked internationally, performed in stage shows and theme parks, appeared in commercials and TV specials, and developed as an artist.
He eventually landed in New York City, where he has transitioned his creative focus to the design world. After completing programs at both Parsons School of Design (womenswear) and the Fashion Institute of Technology (menswear), Matthew has entered into the industry with an exceptional skillset that complements his unique vision.
As a queer designer, Matthew commits to expanding the traditional expectations of the fashion industry by redefining gender expression, pushing beyond normative boundaries, and creating a more inclusive world.
